摘要: Abstract A monoclonal antibody (TAb 250) specific to an extracellular epitope of the c-erbB-2 protein (gp185) inhibited in vitro proliferation human breast tumor cell lines that overexpress c- erbB -2 a dose-dependent manner. Treatment cells with combinations cis -diammedichloroplatinum (CDDP) and TAb 250 resulted significantly enhanced cytotoxic effect. This synergistic cytotoxicity was apparent over wide range concentrations (200 pg/ml-100 µg/ml) including showed no inhibitory effect alone. did not increase CDDP line exhibiting detectable level gp185. Athymic mice bearing s.c. xenografts expressing high levels gp185 greatly inhibition growth when treated compared treatment or inasmuch as enhance growth-inhibitory on which were
