摘要: The behaviour of moment-resisting steel frames under various types loads is dependent on the type beam-to-column connections and their flexibilities. extended end-plate connection a practical field bolted moment that can be adopted in with hollow structural (HSS) columns, by using high strength blind bolts. objective this work was to study for HSS columns cyclic loading. With proper detailing modelling such connections, it has been possible investigate effect joint flexibility response frame when subjected dynamic loading then compare its rigid frame. It concluded proposed behaves predictable manner modelled analysed standard analysis programmes. also showed inclusion essential obtain more realistic behaviour.
