Early rheumatoid arthritis in African-Americans: the CLEAR Registry.

摘要: African-Americans have been under-represented in genetic studies of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) susceptibility and severity. Genetic non-genetic factors influencing the radiographic severity RA its response to treatment are poorly understood, particularly African-Americans. The Consortium for Longitudinal Evaluation with early (CLEAR) Registry, a collaborative effort among four institutions southeast USA, will hopefully provide useful resource study these issues.
