摘要: Deaths due to fall from heights are common in the State of Kerala. Majority cases falls tall trees and buildings. The present study was conducted Department Forensic Medicine, Medical College, Trivandrum. objective find out nature pattern injuries sustained victims heights. Effort made height by visiting scene occurrence. site primary impact identified analysis injuries, statements witness records police. were accidental falls. Of 100 studied, accidents constituted 98%. There only two suicide. Most active laborers age group 20-60 years varied 5-10 meters. Maximum number head impacts also noted this group. Apart skull brain, involvement cervical spine a feature. Visceral feature trunk impacts. Buttock characterized fracture pelvis spine. Leg showed leg bones
