摘要: This chapter explores the development of constructs well-being and resilience role positive family, teacher peer relationships in young people’s well-being. Over last 10 years, there has been a gradual shift both research community school practices away from concept youth welfare, with its focus on supporting people distress, towards resilience. trend is consistent psychology approach (Seligman MEP, Authentic happiness: using new to realize your potential for lasting fulfillment. Free Press, New York, 2002) more recently psychology/positive education (Noble T, McGrath H, Educational child 25(2):119–134, 2008). Positive focuses primarily empirical study human well-being, strengths negative life events conditions that allow individuals, groups organisations flourish.
