摘要: The production of high-quality ternary single-crystal materials for radiation detectors has progressed over the past 15 years. One more common being studied is CdZnTe (CZT), which can be grown using several methods to produce detector-grade materials. work presented herein examines effects environmental conditions including temperature and humidity on detector performance [full-width at half-maximum (FWHM)] single pixel with guard configuration. electrical probe placement, reproducibility, aging are also presented.
