摘要: Studies on the heat resistance of dairy pathogens are a vital part assessing safety products. However, harmonized methodology for study food is lacking, even though there need such experimental design protocols and validation procedures treatment studies. Such an approach particular importance to allow international agreement appropriate risk management emerging potential hazards human animal health. This paper working toward establishment protocol pathogens, identifying critical issues internationally agreed protocols, including framework reporting interpretation inactivation studies potentially pathogenic microorganisms.
