摘要: Chronic gastritis is an inflammatory condition of the gastric mucosa, which may include glandular alterations. It most frequently caused by infection with Helicobacter pylori, a smaller proportion related to chemical agents and autoimmune mechanisms. lead development adenocarcinoma, depending on environmental factors, bacterial strain host immune response. The vast majority adenocarcinomas are final step in complex cascade process cancerogenesis involving sequential steps precancerous lesions – atrophy, intestinal metaplasia dysplasia. associated progressive genetic epigenetic alterations, these being more frequent dysplasia than atrophic metaplasia. Despite extensive research cancerogenesis, there no molecular markers be used for detecting patients at risk cancer development. Biopsy remains among reliable ways lesions. Apart from correct histologic diagnosis, assessment topography important. Biopsies must taken according updated Sydney protocol. For further classifying cancer, two systems have been developed: OLGA (Operative Link Gastritis Assessment) OLGIM Gastric Intestinal Metaplasia Assessment). Slovenian Society Gastroenterology Hepatology, Pathology Forensic Medicine accepted guidelines endoscopic management precancerosis. aim recommendations diagnose early stage improve survival Slovenia.
