摘要: Background: Nanoparticles are increasingly being incorporated into the design of diagnostic imaging agents. Significant research efforts have been conducted with one class lipid nanoparticle (liposomes) radiolabeled gamma-emitting radionuclides as radiopharmaceuticals for scintigraphic cancer, inflammation/infection and sentinel lymph node detection. Objective: This article reviews current literature special emphasis on clinical studies performed liposome detection tumors, infectious/inflammatory sites or metastatic nodes. Future uses also described. Methods: Characteristics required radionuclide, formulation radiolabeling method an effective radiopharmaceutical discussed. A description procedures instrumentation conducting study is included. Clinical using summarized. Fu...
