摘要: Fatty acids can function as signaling molecules, acting through receptors in the cytosol or on cell surface. G-Protein Receptor (GPR)120 is a membrane-bound receptor mediating anti-inflammatory and insulin-sensitizing effects of omega-3 fatty acid docohexaenoic (DHA). GPR120 dysfunction associated with obesity humans. Cellular localization influence maternal protein expression placenta are unknown. Herein we demonstrate that predominantly expressed microvillous membrane (MVM) human level this MVM not altered by body mass index (BMI).
