摘要: Abstract Sixty-two subjects with panic disorder recorded a total of 285 attacks over two-week period using continuous self-monitoring forms. Compared to retrospective self-report during an initial interview, significantly fewer and symptoms self-monitoring. Self-monitored occurred average frequency 2.3 per week, involved 4.6 DSM-III-R synptoms attack, anxiety level 5.4 on 0–8 scale. The degree experienced attacks, both within between individuals, was highly correlated the number symptoms. Interestingly, less than one symptom consistently, every by subject. In other words, it appeared that given subject could experience different separate attacks. Implications for nature assessment are discussed.
