摘要: Among the African Murinae (Rodentia, Muridae), Praomys complex, whose systematics has been studied by different approaches, raised numerous taxonomic problems. Different taxa, namely Praomys, Mastomys, Myomys and Hylomyscus have considered either as separate genera or subgenera of Praomys. In order to understand relationships within complex test monophyly genus a cladistic analysis was conducted, based on morpho-anatomical factors involving species Hylomyscus. The results indicate that is monophyletic, are Hylomyscus, Mastomys Myomys, whereas appears paraphyletic. Indeed, group including jacksoni found be more closely related than tullbergi-group. biotopes distribution areas were mapped phylogeny. It clades each present relative ecological cohesion arranged according gradient from closed open habitats. From there, an evolutionary scenario proposed for emergence sensu stricto.
