Síndrome de túnel carpiano. Estudio prospectivo pre y posquirúrgico

摘要: Resumen Introduccion El sindrome de tunel carpiano (STC) es la neuropatia periferica por atrapamiento mas frecuente. En este estudio se valora evolucion los parametros clinicos y electrofisiologicos a partir del primer mes tras cirugia descompresion. Material metodo Estudio prospectivo en el que incluyen 23 pacientes diagnosticados STC. Se realiza anamnesis, exploracion fisica electrofisiologico situacion prequirurgica, al descompresion 3 meses esta. comparan resultados. Resultados encuentra mejoria significativa (p Conclusiones observa algunos electromiograficos obtienen ecuaciones regresion lineal permitirian conocer grado mejora esperable para estos primeros tiempos posquirurgicos.
