摘要: To address increasing power densities in high electronic devices, microchannel systems operating the two-phase regime have been explored recent years for heat flux cooling applications. However, flow and thermal oscillations, frequently present cooling, may severely compromise performance system integrity. This paper considers thermal-fluid control of a evaporator by regulating inlet rate using pump. The objective is two-fold: stabilize fluid maintain low wall temperature. first easily achieved with proportional feedback acceleration. second more challenging as achievable temperature depends on transfer coefficient which turn load typically not well characterized. In this paper, we an adaptive extremum seeking law uses measurement to estimate coefficient, then adjusts maximize estimate. Simulation results demonstrate efficacy proposed scheme.
