摘要: The objective of this work was to evaluate the effects ethanol extracts mango seeds and peel on laying hen performance, egg quality, lipid stability. A total 180 Hisex White hens were randomly distributed in six treatments, with five replicates birds. treatments consisted of: ration without antioxidant; 200 ppm butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT); or 400 extract (Ecas); seed (Ecar). Feed intake, production, weight, produced mass (gram by bird per day), feed conversion, quality evaluated. Yolk oxidation during storage determined quantification thiobarbituric acid‑reactive substances. Birds fed diet antioxidants eggs lowest Haugh unit values highest yolk. Ecas at Ecar effective prevent oxidative damage may be used as a replacement for synthetic antioxidant.
