摘要: Abstract We demonstrated triphenylsilane-substituted arenes ( 1 – 4 ) as host materials for green phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes. Particularly, a device using 9,9-dimethyl-2-(triphenylsilyl)-7-[4-(triphenylsilyl)phenyl]-9 H -fluorene (compound the material with phosphorescence dopant bis[2-(1,1′,2′,1′′-terphen-3-yl)pyridinato- C , N ]iridium(III)(acetylacetonate) showed efficient emission an external quantum efficiency of 4.64%, power 7.2 lm/W and luminous 16.6 cd/A at 20 mA/cm 2 respectively, Commission International de L’Eclairage chromaticity coordinates (0.33, 0.59) 8.0 V.
