Arylsilanes and siloxanes as optoelectronic materials for organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs)

摘要: Organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) are currently receiving much attention for applications in new generation full-colour flat-panel and flexible displays as sources low energy solid-state lighting. Arylsilanes siloxanes have been extensively studied components of OLEDs, mainly focusing on optimizing the physical electronic properties light-emitting layer other functional layers within OLED architecture. display advantages good solubility common organic solvents excellent resistance to thermal, chemical irradiation degradations. In this review, we summarize recent advances utilization arylsilanes fluorophore emitters, hosts phosphor hole exciton blocking materials, electron transporting materials. Finally, perspectives challenges related proposed based reported progress our own opinions.
