摘要: To determine the endocrine disrupting effect of semicarbazide, an emerging water contaminant, changes in transcript levels hepatic estrogen-response genes including vitellogenin-1 (vtg-1), estrogen receptor α (ERα), and β (ERβ) were measured male female zebrafish exposed to semicarbazide with or without exogenous 17β-estradiol (E2). Exposure for 96 h 28 days resulted no significant induction vtg-1, ERα, ERβ mRNA expression, indicating that has estrogenic effect. However, a remarkable anti-estrogenic was demonstrated: treatment decreases ERβ, as well gonadosomatic index level after days. Moreover, exposure significantly inhibited ERα by E2 when co-exposed
