摘要: We have isolated a cDNA recombinant plasmid (pA29) identified as encoding part of the ventricular muscle myosin light chain MLC1v. This contains 300-base pair fragment which under conditions moderate stringency shows specific hybridization to MLC1v mRNA with no detectable cross-hybridization mRNAs fast skeletal isoforms MLC1F and MLC3F, or atrial isoform MLC1A. Under these is seen an abundant present in slow (soleus) indistinguishable from MLC1V on basis size thermal stability hybrids formed pA29. The mouse MLC1S proteins are found co-migrate two-dimensional gels. therefore conclude that same encoded by mRNA. Analysis DNA has single region genome hybridizes this been phage shown contain gene showing homology R-loop analysis. gene. pattern segregation restriction length polymorphism for between Mus musculus spretus followed F1 backcross two species. results show MLC1V/MLC1S be closely linked marker at distal end chromosome 9.
