摘要: The chemoprophylactic use of diethylcarbamazine citrate at total oral doses 15–180 mg/kg body weight was tested against subperiodicBrugia malayi infection in the leaf monkey (Presbytis melalophos). A dose 45 given over 9 days killed all developing 7 fourth stage larvae. minimum effective that prevents would be 5 daily for every month.
