摘要: Abstract Recently the almost-temperature-independent mobility was observed for electrons in anthracene, naphthalene, and As 2 S 3 direction with a narrow bandwidth. It is attributed to phonon-induced electron hopping between planes along which motion coherent two dimensional energy band. The increases abruptly below about Debye temperature due increasing contribution of transfer without phonon participation, as naphthalene.
