摘要: Two innovations of the star-flap technique for nipple reconstruction are described. A combination and a contralateral graft is indicated in patients with large small areola on side. It provides sufficient volume new improves shape donor nipple. banked costal-cartilage offers better contour projection than conventional technique. Preparation cartilage easy does not result additional scarring; can be expected to maintained over long period.
