摘要: Quinoa (Chenopodium quinoa Willd.) is a poorly known South-American plant which belongs to the group of pseudo-cereals. Cultivated for over 5000 years was not only primary source nourishment but also worshipped Indians. It possess desired nutritional and health-promoting features thanks high content proteins fats, positive amino-acids profile presence vitamins polyphenols. For many centuries it has been used as diet supplement or substitute traditional, popular components. Because quinoa's great properties even acquired NASA recommendation. Moreover recent study shows that potential anti-tumour properties, probably phenolic compounds found in tissues. Thanks its value, seems be promising food supplementation may become future.
