摘要: Malignant changes are often accompanied by alterations in activity and composition of the plasminogen activators (PA). To study relationship between PA expression development colorectal cancer, we determined urokinase-type activator (u-PA) tissuetype (t-PA) normal mucosa ( n = 80), adenomatous polyps 76), adenocarcinomas 71) colon. Tissues obtained from surgical resection or polypectomy were analyzed for t-PA u-PA a specific enzymatic assay using plasminogen, chromogenic substrate, selective quenching with monospecific antibodies to both activators. The activities found be changed as compared mucosa. The relative contribution (expressed percentage u-PA) was raised 6 50% for, respectively, adenocarcinoma. This change could attributed 3-fold decrease 5-fold increase carcinomas. Adenomatous group showed percentages [20.2 ± 1.3 (SE)] which intermediate well significantly different P < 0.001) those adenocarcinomas. observation strengthened gradual rise four specimens containing adenocarcinomas. Zymography presence minor quantities PA-PA inhibitor complexes tissue extracts studied. The present shows that sequence mucosa-adenomatous polyp-adenocarcinoma colon is associated parallel activity. Thus, regulation an early event cancer.
