Thermal techniques as applied to functional electronic blocks

摘要: Relationships governing thermal-electrical interactions between components on a common substrate are developed. Performance characteristics related to design calculations for several functional electronic blocks which dependent upon interactions. These FEB's include LF filters and oscillators, video amplifier temperature-stabilized substrate. The time constants realized in these circuits appreciably larger than can be achieved by conventional integrated circuit approaches.
