摘要: Nitrates naturally occur in plant-based food. content consumable plant organs is small and should not raise concern provided that the recommended fertilization harvest terms of original plants are observed. The aim was to determine effect application various organic matter soil fertilizer simplifications growing potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) on nitrates tubers mid-early cultivar 'Satina' after 6-mo storage. Introducing cultivation simplification involves limiting mineral by 50% as well chemical protection limitation. used: 0.6 (autumn), 0.3 (spring), L ha-1 (during vegetation period). nitrates, determined with use ion-selective method (multi-purpose computer device CX-721, Elmetron). lowest amount recorded from plots without a rate (120.5 mg kg-1 FW). varied resulted significant increase their accumulation reported for straw. used significantly decreased 15% 100% NPK 10.4% NPK. After storage, irrespective experiment factors, 26% limited - 19.9%.
