摘要: Transition-metal dichalcogenides have been investigated using Raman spectroscopy both being off-resonance and in resonance. The first-order spectra of MoS2, MoSe2, WS2 WSe2 single crystal synthesized by vapor transport technique studied as a function hydrostatic pressure (0–20 GPa) temperature (80–300 K). Isobaric isothermal mode-Gruneisen parameters determined from the pressure-dependent spectra. dependence chalcogen–chalcogen metal–chalcogen force constant has obtained central model. Separation mode wavenumbers into quasi-harmonic purely anharmonic contributions measured high-pressure data allows us to extract changes phonon arising exclusively due interactions.
