摘要: The aim of this paper is to review and summarise the current knowledge prevention house dust mite (HDM)-induced allergic rhinitis (AR). AR can be either classified as seasonal/intermittent (for example hay fever occurring summer autumn) or perennial/persistent (occurring throughout year). commonest trigger for seasonal pollen whereas HDMs are key perennial AR. a recognised indoor allergen that crucial in development AR, asthma, atopic dermatitis. Preventive strategies have gained acceptance management scheme treatment patients with Specifically, preventive measures include avoidance, environmental control, immunotherapy. primary goal medical reduce burden disease, improve quality life prevent sequelae such bronchial asthma. Prevention viable option component HDM-AR management. As urbanisation lifestyle changes lead increase HDM-AR, there should more concerted effort towards prevention.
