摘要: Background Deep venous thrombosis (DVT) of the lower leg is a widespread medical problem and associated with hypercoagulable states. Although spontaneous peroneal vein fibula flap theoretically possible, few cases asymptomatic DVT encountered during harvest have been reported. Case Report A 45-year-old man presented segmental bone defects tibia resulting from fall. Treatment free vascularized osteocutaneous contralateral was scheduled.
