摘要: Background Deep venous thrombosis (DVT) of the lower leg is a widespread medical problem and associated with hypercoagulable states. Although spontaneous peroneal vein fibula flap theoretically possible, few cases asymptomatic DVT encountered during harvest have been reported. Case Report A 45-year-old man presented segmental bone defects tibia resulting from fall. Treatment free vascularized osteocutaneous contralateral was scheduled. Intraoperatively, diffuse thrombi were found in system. After removal thrombi, grafted anastomosis vessels to recipient posterior tibial vessels. The skin paddle became congested after surgery; exsanguination performed multiple incisions relieve congestion. Despite treatment, partially necrotic additional grafting performed. Bone union achieved 5 months initial surgery. Conclusions To best our knowledge, only six pre-existing In three these cases, successfully grafted. successful surgery might be possible patients thrombosis, careful preoperative evaluation recommended for high-risk patients.
