摘要: Despite the rare incidence, occult chronic thrombosis of peroneal veins fibula graft during flap harvest presents a challenge to produce successful reconstruction. In this article, we present case 54-year-old man with found free osteocutaneous for reconstruction mandible defect after tumor ablation. With near-total obliteration lumens, small lumen residual blood outflow was identified under microscopic magnification. A transfer made possible by using recanalized around thrombus vein microanastomosis. The pathological analysis revealed that lumens and endothelial cells-specific CD31 immunohistochemical stain highlighted endothelium regenerative thrombus. abundant deposition thick collagen fibers also suggested nature However, although microsurgical might be in patient lower-limb thrombosis, careful preoperative evaluation imaging study is recommended high-risk patients.
