摘要: In order to assess the effectiveness and costs of robot-assisted hysterectomy compared with conventional techniques we reviewed literature separately for benign malignant conditions, conducted a cost analysis different from hospital economic database. Unlimited systematic search Medline, Cochrane CRD databases produced only two randomized trials, both conditions. For outcome assessment, data HTA reports, one review, 16 original articles were extracted analyzed. Furthermore, modelling 13 studies less blood loss, fewer complications shorter stay considered as main advantages surgery, like any mini-invasive technique when open surgery. There no significant differences between regarding oncological outcomes. When laparoscopic hysterectomy, benefit robot-assistance was learning curve associated conversions but length robotic operation often longer. clinically reported vaginal optimal choice feasible. According Finnish data, hysterectomies 1.5-3 times higher than techniques. conditions difference in highest. Because expensive disposable supplies, unit high regardless annual number operations. Hence, current distribution pattern, economical cannot be markedly improved by increasing volume
