摘要: Computer-enhanced telesurgery, called robotic-assisted surgery, is the latest innovation in minimal invasive surgery field. In gynecology, this machine has been applied several applications, fields of benign reproductive medicine, urogynecology, and oncology. The purpose paper was to review published scientific literature regarding robotics its application gynecology thus far summarize findings computer enhanced laparoscopic technique. Relevant sources were identified by a Pubmed/Medline search looking at databases from January 1950 July 2009. A total 29 papers identified, 44 articles analyzed involving gynecologic estimated blood loss, number lymph nodes extracted, operating time, length hospital stay complications noted among all studies. data shows comparable results between robotic terms operative stay, for cancer. Overall, there more wound laparotomy approach compared laparoscopy assisted laparoscopy. There lymphocysts, lymphoceles, lymphedema group groups cervical cancer patients. Infectious lung-related morbidity, postoperative ileus, bleeding/clot formation commonly reported other two cohorts endometrial Computer technology may enable surgeons convert their laparotomies with associated benefits. It appears that hands experienced surgeons, final outcomes are same when using or not robot. good evidence facilitates equivalent if better time surgical outcomes, shorter stays, fewer major than those surgeries utilizing approach.
