摘要: A simple and efficient strategy was discussed for the synthesis of polydimethylsiloxane nanocomposites, based on in situ sonochemical polymerization hexamethylcyclotrisiloxane between nanosheets Maghnite; Maghnite is a treated Algerian mineral clay that can act as catalyst an inorganic reinforcement at same time. Three types were prepared: raw, sodium organophilic Maghnite. The nanocomposites carried out type showed greatest interlayer spacing, by varying its content weight. structure obtained materials identified FTIR-ATR 1H MAS NMR spectroscopies. Moreover, dispersion state particles examined XRD, TEM SEM. TGA has been used to study thermal properties. evaluation mechanical properties evolution measuring Young’s modulus yield strength. nitrogen adsorption capacity calculated 77 K. Exfoliated composites (5% loading) have shown better enhancement results concerning morphological, thermal, capacity.
