摘要: This work was designed to study the relationship between cholinergic mechanisms in rostral ventrolateral medulla (rVLM) and incidence of hypertension induced by chronic stress. Under anaesthetized conditions, bilateral microinjection scopolamine (1.18 nmol/site) into rVLM produced a much greater depressor response stress-induced hypertensive rats than normotensive rats. Similar bradycardic effects were observed both when injected rVLM. Acetylcholine (Ach) content choline acetyltransferase (ChAT) activity determined radioimmunoassay Ach ChAT increased significantly rats, such increase mainly occurred within ventral part medulla. These results suggest that may be activated during stress activation involved pathogenesis
