Influence of Feeds and Rearing System on the Productive Performances and the Chemical and Fatty Acid Composition of Hare Meat

摘要: Hare meat from animals differently reared and fed were analysed to compare the influence of different rearing techniques, energy levels feeds gender on productive performances hares, quantitative characteristics chemical fatty acid profile meat. The effects diet did not produce important differences in qualitative parameters under consideration. Statistically significant found depending techniques. Those for hares cages referred better which favoured fleshier carcasses a higher accumulation fat. composition depended conditions, affected motor activity therefore consumption deposit determined lipid fractions.
