摘要: Peg feces, a malodorous substance causing environmental pollution, were completely deodorized within 2 days by Streptomyces. The optimum conditions for deodorization as follows: pH, 8.6 to 10; temperature, 35 40 degrees C; moisture content, 42 63%; and minimum amount of inoculum, g seed culture per 10 fresh feces. Many kinds microorganisms isolated from the which only actinomycetes found have ability deodorize. Two strains with strong deodorizing activity identified Streptomyces griseus antibioticus. low-molecular-weight fatty acids, are specific agents pig scarcely could be in feces strains. Chemical analysis showed that useful manure.
