摘要: Phenol, p-cresol, and volatile fatty acids (VFA; acetic, propionic, isobutyric, butyric, isovaleric, valeric acids) were used as odor indicators of swine waste. Aeration the waste allowed indigenous microorganisms to grow degrade these malodorous substances. The time required for degradation substances varied according used, it was not necessarily related their concentrations. Using a minimal medium which contained one compounds sole carbon source, we have selected from that can in medium. majority able same substrate when inoculated sterilized but with an efficiency varying strain other. None strains all studied. Within 6 days incubation degraded following: Acinetobacter calcoaceticus, phenol VFA; Alcaligenes faecalis, p-cresol Corynebacterium glutamicum Micrococcus sp., phenol, acetic propionic acids; Arthrobacter flavescens, VFA. On laboratory scale, massive inoculation C. or sp. accelerated However, this effect observed various wastes tested. These results suggest efficient deodorization process could be developed at farm level based on aerobic microflora each
