摘要: A new method using gel permeation chromatography (GPC) clean-up followed by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) was developed for the determination of myclobutanil, hexaconazole, diniconazole, epoxiconazole and tetraconazole enantiomers in soil earthworms. The earthworm samples were extracted with acetonitrile then purified a GPC procedure conducted on CO785 column cyclohexane ethyl acetate (50:50, V/V) as mobile phase at flow rate 4.7 mL/min. eluent between 7.5 min 15 min collected LC-MS/MS analysis.
