摘要: Abstract Cis-epoxiconazole is a widely used triazole fungicide for control and prevention of series fungal diseases in fruits, vegetables, teas grains. The present work aimed at exploring enantioselective behavior cis-epoxiconazole the vegetable-soil-earthworm system. Firstly, absolute configuration enantiomers was ascertained. Secondly, degradation cabbage, pakchoi pepper were performed under field trials, which has not been previously reported. Enantioselective occurred cabbage samples. 2R, 3S-(+)-cis-epoxiconazole degraded faster than 2S, 3R-(−)-cis-epoxiconazole while reversed results obtained pepper. No observed pakchoi. Finally, soil principal reservoir environmental pesticides, so behaviors organism (earthworm, Eisenia fetida) evaluated. Similar bioaccumulation curves earthworms exposure levels 1 10 mg/kg. Accumulation factors (AFs) indicated had weak potential to contaminated soil, no obvious enantioselectivity observed. different enantioselectivities vegetables illuminated that preferentially enriched enantiomer might impose higher risk on human health other one, high required further assessment. These may reduce uncertainty
