摘要: SUMMARY A study with 10 male lambs of Bulgarian dairy synthetic population was carried out to investigate the effect dietary coconut oil supplementation on lipid deposition carcass and fatty acid composition in internal, subcutaneous intermuscular adipose tissue. The animals were divided two groups - control experimental, as from latter received diet supplemented amount 20g /d per animal for a period three months. Judged by measurements thickness tissue locations, did not increase significantly carcass. Although trend towards higher fat these locations observed group. Adipose dependent location content lauric, myristic palmitic acids, total saturated acids values atherogenic index increased (P<0.001) response included diet, thus indicating certain unfavourable 20 g/d animal. stearic well stearoyl-CoA desaturase elongase activities, polyunsaturated lower (P<0.001; P<0.01) that oil. For most depot specific influence observed.
