摘要: Leishmaniasis recidiva cutis (LRC) is an unusual complication of acute cutaneous leishmaniasis. A 68-year-old woman with LRC reported. Recurrence leishmaniasis occurred in the same area as a previous lesion that apparently healed two separate steps: first step was following neurosurgery for cranial osteoma and second coronary artery bypass heart failure. Pathogenetic hypotheses are discussed.
