摘要: Toxocariasis is one of the causes pulmonary eosinophilic infiltrate that increasing in Korea. This study was designed to identify prevalence toxocara seropositivity patients with unexplained patchy and evaluate associated factors. We evaluated 102 on chest computed tomography (CT) scan. As a control set, 116 subjects normal CT were also evaluated. History allergic disease, drug use, parasitic disease raw cow liver intake taken. Blood eosinophil count total IgE level measured. Specific serum IgG antibody Toxocara canis larval antigen specific antibodies 4 other parasites measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). In group, 66.7% seropositive whereas 22.4% group (p<0.001). history eating (odds ratio [OR], 7.8) eosinophilia (OR, 5.2) had higher incidence seropositivity. Thirty-five percent exhibited migrating 48% decreased follow-up CT. recommend ELISA should be performed infiltrate, actively discouraged.
