摘要: Recently reports on toxocariasis are increasing by serodiagnosis in Korea. A previously healthy 17-yr-old boy complained of headache, fever, dyspnea, and anorexia. He showed symptoms signs eosinophilic meningitis with involvement the lungs liver. Specific IgG antibody to Toxocara canis larval antigen was positive serum cerebrospinal fluid ELISA. took raw ostrich liver his parents 4 weeks before symptom onset. His were seropositive for T. but had no or suggesting toxocariasis. This is first report a family due ingestion
