摘要: The major histocompatibility complex (MHC) is a gene closely linked to the vertebrate immune system due its importance in antigen recognition and response pathogens. To improve our understanding of MHC disease resistance dairy cattle, we gathered 5119 test day records somatic cell count (SCC) performance traits 262 Holstein cows determine whether DRB region contains alleles that are associated with elevated SCC, milk yield, protein fat percent milk. this purpose, genotyping animals for DRB3 was investigated by polymerase chain reaction-based restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) assay. A two-step PCR carried out so as amplify 284 base-pair exon 2 target gene. Second products were treated three endonuclease enzymes RsaI, BstYI HaeIII. Twenty-eight BoLA-DRB3 identified including one novel allele (*40). results general good accordance frequencies cattle populations reported previous studies. Analyses associations modeled based on repeated measurement anova generalized logistic linear methods production SCC data, respectively. study showed significant relationship between reflecting an increased probability occurrence subclinical mastitis DRB3.2 *8 (p < 0.03). also revealed positive relationships alleles*22 0.01) allele*11 0.05) well alleles*24 0.03) *22 percent. present failed find any association yield tested alleles. Because lack consistency among similar studies, suggest further investigations precise nature these high polymorphic bovine be performed haplotypes.
