Superoleophobic polymers with metal ion affinity toward materials with both oleophobic and hydrophilic properties

摘要: Abstract Bis(trifluoromethane)sulfonimide salts are used as electrolyte for the elaboration of superoleophobic properties by electrodeposition using a monomer containing short perfluorobutyl (C 4 F 9 ), separated from polymer backbone long alkyl spacer, to reduce mobility these chains, and an amido connector form complexes with ions. The in some electrolytes induces formation microstructures composed nanosheets able reach properties. When complexant ions (Na + , Mg 2+ Ca Ba ) cation electrolyte, incorporated leading material higher oleophobicity than hydrophobicity. Indeed, when water droplet is deposited on surface, migration decrease surface hydrophobicity, while deposition oil (diiodomethane or hexadecane) does not induce this migration. If incorporation sufficiently stable applications oil/water separation, work opens new strategies both superoleophobic/oleophobic superhydrophilic/hydrophilic materials. Such materials can also be ion capture release.
