摘要: c-erbB-3 is a member of the type I (EGF receptor-related) family growth factor receptors for which no ligand has been identified. To facilitate stimulation we have constructed chimeric receptor possesses an activatable kinase and promotes NIH 3T3 fibroblasts. In this study shown that SHC phosphatidylinositol 3'-kinase bind to activated EGF receptor/c-erbB-3 chimera. Whereas p85 not phosphorylated significant extent, appears be major substrate phosphorylation on tyrosine. contrast c-erbB-2, were unable detect binding GRB2. Using synthetic peptides corresponding each 13 potential sites c-erbB-3, tyrosine 1309 responsible binding. Peptides containing motif YXXM inhibit association. By comparison with recently reported Middle T antigen Trk identified motif, NPXY.
