摘要: The ultrastructure of terminal degeneration within the lateral cervical nucleus (LCN) after transection its spinal afferent fibers 2 days–2 years earlier is described. days was both neurofilamentous and dense type. highest number degenerating terminals, about 15%, found 4–5 days. Then most boutons were terminals had synaptic contact with cell bodies dendrites LCN-neurons. Removal seemed to be effected by a phagocytic present in increased compared normal LCN. In cases long survival times an increase astroglial filaments observed. animal where afferents LCN been cut decrease medium size neurons amount dendritic spines also considerably smaller than normally.
