摘要: In studying market‐orientated reforms in education, there is a need to explain and account for their impact.1 this paper, we aim provide conceptual framework (the public‐market) applicable educational policies that incorporate parental choice school autonomy as important components of the provision schooling. This offers, suggest, sociologically informed within which theorising about can be located. The purpose underlying its construction analytical: is, not advocate or rationale reforms, but assist understanding accounting consequences.
