摘要: Growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) and pituitary adenylate cyclase-activating polypeptide (PACAP) are structurally functionally related members of the glucagon superfamily, a group hormones important in development, growth, metabolism. Our objectives were to determine developmental expression pattern ghrh-pacap1 gene using zebrafish model. The temporal spatial was examined by RT-PCR situ hybridization. In zebrafish, mRNA transcript expressed throughout development beginning at transition between blastula gastrula periods. During midgastrulation, alternative splicing resulted generation novel lacking cryptic peptide. segmentation period, localized neural tube, developing eye, crest; strong found cerebellum. Later hatching gland pharyngeal arches. suggests that these may modulate patterning during development.
