摘要: Previous work had implicated T cells within the stimulating population as having a significant role in MLR. We now report that depletion of from stimulators caused reduction proliferative response mixed leukocyte reaction (MLR) by 50% or more. This could be restored adding T-enriched but not responders. During MLR, T-cells demonstrated changes characteristic early activation, namely, increase RNA synthesis. Stimulator have been shown to regulate interleukin 2 (IL 2) production culture (MLC).
